Maybe you don't need to know the name of a crystal.
Maybe you just need to know how you want to feel.
More grounded. More confident. More joyful. Protected. Loved. Calm. Focused. Ready for what's next.
That's one of our favorite ways to choose a crystal bracelet at Wicked Fabulous: start with your intention, then find the stones traditionally associated with supporting that energy.
There are hundreds of beautiful crystals, each with its own history, symbolism, and energetic traditions. If you're new to crystals, choosing one can feel overwhelming.
So forget memorizing crystal names for a minute.
Ask yourself one simple question:
What do I need more of in my life right now?
Here's where to begin.
LOVE & SELF-LOVE
Try: Rose Quartz • Rhodonite • Moonstone • Strawberry Quartz
If your intention is to open your heart, strengthen self-love, nurture relationships, or simply treat yourself with a little more compassion, begin with stones traditionally associated with heart-centered energy.
Rose Quartz is perhaps the best-known stone of unconditional love and self-love. Rhodonite is often associated with emotional balance, compassion, and forgiveness, while Moonstone carries symbolism connected with intuition, emotional awareness, and new beginnings.
Set the intention:I give myself the same love and compassion I so freely give to others.
JOY & POSITIVITY
Try: Sunstone • Citrine • Ocean Jasper
Sometimes your intention doesn't need to be complicated.
You just want to feel good again.
Sunstone is traditionally associated with optimism, vitality, and personal power. Citrine has long been connected with positivity, confidence, and abundance, while colorful Ocean Jasper is often chosen as a reminder to embrace joy and appreciate the present moment.
Wear these when your intention is to notice the good, invite more play into your life, and remember that joy doesn't always have to be earned.
Set the intention:I make space for joy today.
PROTECTION FROM NEGATIVE PEOPLE AND ENERGY
Try: Black Obsidian • Labradorite • Tiger Eye • Hematite
Protection crystals are some of the most popular stones in crystal jewelry.
Black Obsidian is traditionally associated with grounding and energetic protection. Labradorite is often considered a protective stone for sensitive or intuitive people. Tiger Eye combines grounding symbolism with courage and confidence, while Hematite has long been associated with stability and grounding.
These can be meaningful choices when you're navigating stressful environments, difficult interactions, travel, major changes, or simply want a physical reminder to protect your peace.
Set the intention:I protect my energy and choose what I allow into my space.
PEACE & CALM
Try: Amethyst • Lepidolite • Howlite
When life feels loud, your bracelet can become a small reminder to come back to yourself.
Amethyst has centuries of spiritual tradition surrounding peace, clarity, and balance. Lepidolite is commonly associated with transition and emotional calm, while Howlite is traditionally connected with patience and stillness.
Your bracelet doesn't have to make the world quieter.
Sometimes it simply reminds you to slow down.
Set the intention:I release what I cannot control and return to peace.
CONFIDENCE & COURAGE
Try: Tiger Eye • Carnelian • Bloodstone
Have something difficult ahead of you?
Tiger Eye has traditionally symbolized courage, determination, and grounded confidence. Carnelian is associated with motivation, creativity, and boldness, while Bloodstone has a long history as a symbol of strength and resilience.
Wear them before the interview. The presentation. The first date. The difficult conversation. The new beginning.
Not because the stone does the brave thing for you.
Because it can remind you that you can.
Set the intention:I trust myself. I am capable, courageous, and ready.
ABUNDANCE & PROSPERITY
Try: Citrine • Jade • Pyrite • Green Aventurine
Abundance isn't only about money.
It can mean opportunity. Creativity. Friendship. Time. Growth. Gratitude. Possibility.
Citrine is famously associated with prosperity and optimism. Jade has been treasured across cultures for centuries and carries traditions connected with good fortune, harmony, and prosperity. Pyrite's golden appearance has made it a popular symbol of wealth and confidence, while Green Aventurine is often called a stone of opportunity.
The intention isn't simply I want more.
It's also learning to recognize the abundance already around you.
Set the intention:I am open to opportunity, growth, and abundance in all its forms.
GROWTH & NEW BEGINNINGS
Try: Green Aventurine • Labradorite • Moss Agate • Moonstone
Starting over can be exciting.
It can also be terrifying.
Whether you're beginning a new job, ending a relationship, moving, starting a business, changing an old habit, or simply becoming a different version of yourself, certain crystals have long been associated with transformation and renewal.
Moss Agate carries strong symbolism around growth and connection to nature. Labradorite is often associated with transformation, while Moonstone has traditionally represented cycles and new beginnings.
Set the intention:I release what I've outgrown and welcome what comes next.
FOCUS & CLARITY
Try: Fluorite • Sodalite • Clear Quartz
Too many tabs open—in your browser and your brain?
Fluorite is traditionally associated with mental clarity and organization. Sodalite carries symbolism around logic, truth, and communication, while Clear Quartz is one of the most versatile crystals and is often used in intention-setting practices.
This combination can be especially meaningful for work, studying, creative projects, decision-making, or anytime you want to bring your attention back to what matters.
Set the intention:My mind is clear. My priorities are clear. I know where my energy belongs.
BALANCE
Try: Chakra Stones • Zebra Jasper • Selenite
Balance doesn't necessarily mean everything in your life is perfect.
It means finding your center even when everything around you isn't.
Chakra-inspired bracelets traditionally represent balance among the body's seven energy centers. Zebra Jasper is associated with balance and grounding, while Selenite is widely used in contemporary crystal practices for cleansing and energetic clarity.
Choose these when your intention is less about adding something and more about coming back into alignment with yourself.
Set the intention:I return to center.
GROUNDING
Try: Hematite • Obsidian • Smoky Quartz • Jasper
Ever have one of those days when your body is in one place and your mind is approximately 47 miles away?
That's when we think about grounding.
Grounding stones are traditionally associated with stability, presence, and connection to the earth. They can become tangible reminders to slow down, breathe, notice where you are, and focus on what's actually happening right now.
Set the intention:I am here. I am present. I am grounded.
INTUITION & SPIRITUAL GROWTH
Try: Labradorite • Moonstone • Amethyst • Clear Quartz
Sometimes the intention isn't to find another answer.
It's learning to trust the voice already inside you.
Labradorite, Moonstone, Amethyst, and Clear Quartz all have deep associations within spiritual traditions and modern crystal practices involving intuition, reflection, meditation, and spiritual exploration.
Wear them during meditation, Reiki, journaling, intention-setting, or whenever you're creating space to listen inward.
Set the intention:I quiet the noise and trust my inner knowing.
So...Which Crystal Bracelet Should You Choose?
Here's our answer:
Start with the feeling, not the stone.
Don't worry about choosing the "perfect" crystal.
Ask yourself:
What do I need today?
Maybe today it's courage.
Next month it might be peace.
Six months from now it could be joy, abundance, protection, or the strength to begin again.
Your intention can change because you are changing.
And that's part of the beauty of creating a crystal bracelet collection over time. Each piece can represent a different chapter, intention, memory, or version of yourself.
A Simple Crystal Intention Ritual
When you receive your bracelet, take just a moment before putting it on.
Hold it in your hands.
Take a slow breath.
Then say your intention—silently or aloud.
Keep it simple:
Today I choose joy.
I protect my peace.
I trust myself.
I am open to abundance.
I release what no longer belongs to me.
Then put your bracelet on.
Throughout the day, when you notice it on your wrist, let it bring you back to that intention.
That's the part we love most.
A bracelet can be beautiful.
But it can also mean something.
One Important Note About Crystal Healing
We love crystals, Reiki, intention, and the rituals people create around them. Crystal meanings are rooted in cultural traditions, spiritual practices, folklore, and contemporary metaphysical beliefs.
They should complement—not replace—appropriate medical or mental health care. We don't believe a bracelet needs to promise a cure to have meaning.
Sometimes the most powerful thing it can do is remind you of the intention you chose for yourself.
Find the Energy You Need
At Wicked Fabulous, we've made choosing crystal jewelry simpler by organizing our bracelets around intention and how you want to feel.
Love. Joy. Strength. Protection. Balance. Abundance. Grounding. Clarity. Healing. Confidence. New beginnings.
You don't have to be a crystal expert.
You just have to ask yourself:
How do I want to feel today?
Then start there.
Choose your intention. Set it. Wear it. Come back to it.
That's your energy. Make it Wicked Fabulous.
