"Let them" refers to the "let them" theory, a mindset tool that encourages people to let go of control and stop trying to manage or control what others do. The theory is attributed to motivational speaker, author, and podcast host Mel Robbins. The theory suggests that people should: 

Let others do what they're going to do instead of getting upset or trying to control their behavior 

Not take things personally 

Recognize that the problem is not with them, but with the power they are giving to others
