Why We Chose Lost-N-Found Youth for Our July Donation

At Wicked Fabulous, we believe in more than just creating vibrant,
healing jewelry and empowering apparel—we believe in giving back to
the LGBTQ+ community in real and meaningful ways. Each month, we
proudly donate 10% of our profits to organizations making a difference
in the lives of LGBTQ+ youth.

For the month of July, we are honored to support Lost-N-Found Youth, a
vital nonprofit based in Atlanta, Georgia, that provides life-saving
services to unhoused LGBTQ+ youth.

Why Lost-N-Found Youth?

Lost-N-Found Youth was born out of necessity. In 2011, a group of
courageous Atlanta-based activists realized a devastating truth—when
queer youth needed emergency shelter and support, there was nowhere
for them to go. These young people were being turned away by existing
shelters and services, simply for being who they are.

Instead of accepting that reality, this group took action. They held a
public town hall meeting to shed light on the lack of services for
LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness. What they discovered was
heartbreaking: no organization in Atlanta was actively working to
remove queer youth from the streets. So, they built one from the
ground up.

What started as the Saint Lost and Found project has grown into
Lost-N-Found Youth, Inc., a powerful, privately funded movement that
provides emergency shelter, food, clothing, job readiness, and
emotional support to LGBTQ+ youth ages 18–25.

Their Mission Aligns With Ours

It was a wicked fabulous customer of ours who nominated this organization.

We chose Lost-N-Found Youth because their mission aligns so deeply
with ours—to create a safer, more compassionate world for LGBTQ+
youth. They meet kids where they are, offering real help, not
judgment. In a world where being queer can still mean being rejected,
unhoused, or unsafe, Lost-N-Found Youth stands as a lifeline.

This July, every bracelet purchased and every t-shirt sold at Wicked
Fabulous helped support their incredible work. Together, we are
helping get LGBTQ+ youth off the streets and into a future full of
hope and possibility.
