For years, our weekly emails have shared new creations, crystal education, and updates from Wicked Fabulous. While we'll still occasionally share exciting news, we're shifting our focus to something we believe matters even more—supporting your journey toward greater peace, balance, and personal growth.

Every Sunday, we'll explore a meaningful topic that many of us experience throughout life. Whether it's exhaustion, anxiety, confidence, forgiveness, gratitude, self-worth, boundaries, resilience, abundance, or finding moments of joy, each session is designed to encourage, educate, and inspire.

Beginning with Exhaustion

Our very first Sunday Session focuses on something so many of us know all too well: Exhaustion.

Not just physical fatigue, but emotional exhaustion. Mental overload. Compassion fatigue. The feeling of giving so much to others that you forget to care for yourself.

Throughout the week, we'll share affirmations to help you reconnect with your own well-being while introducing natural stones that many people choose as symbols of rest, renewal, grounding, and inner peace.

Before writing each Sunday Session, I spend time in meditation and practicing self-Reiki.

This quiet time helps me slow down, reflect on the week's topic, and write from a place of presence, gratitude, and positive intention. Whether you're deeply connected to Reiki and crystal energy or simply looking for a little encouragement each week, my hope is that you'll feel the care behind every word.
